At Lactation Circle, hosted on Electronfer.com, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return and refund policy to ensure you feel confident with every purchase. If 30 days have passed since your order, we may no longer be able to issue a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns:

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Product must be in the same condition as received
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items:

Due to health and safety guidelines, certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, supplements)
  • Intimate or sanitary products (e.g., opened nursing pads, breast pump parts)
  • Digital downloads (eBooks, courses, guides)
  • Gift cards
  • Health and personal care items marked “final sale”

Partial Refunds May Apply If:

  • Returned books or materials show signs of use
  • Sealed items are opened (CDs, DVDs, software)
  • Items are damaged or incomplete (not due to our error)
  • Return request is made after the 30-day window

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We’ll email you the status of your refund
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Processing may take a few business days depending on your financial institution

Missing or Late Refunds:

Sale Items:

Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale and clearance items are final.

Exchanges:

Gifts:

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is processed. Otherwise, the refund goes to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping:

  • Contact us before sending any item back to receive the return address
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs (non-refundable)
  • For valuable items, use a trackable shipping service or purchase insurance
